HOW TO RECOVER DELETED MESSAGES IN INSTAGRAM IN 2021

TRICK 1=(Recover deleted post,videos,reels,igtv video)

STEP 1:

1.first goto Instagram profile,click the three buttons on the upper right side.

2. After the side bar open,click the settings options.

3.after clicking the settings,click the account options.

4.after click the account options,click the recently deleted option in the bottom.

5.after clicking the recently deleted option,you can see the deleted photos, videos,reels,igtv video.click that what photos,videos,or reel you want to recover.

6.after clicking that recover item,you can see on your right upper potion three buttons.

7.after clicking the three buttons,you can see the restore options,then you can see easily restore the items.

TRICK 2 = (Recover deleted chats)

STEP 1.:for this trick you can't do in your Instagram app.you want to login the Instagram in your browser.

2.after login your account, visit your profile.

3.goto settings option in your profile,see the under the account category>click the privacy and security option.

4.after CLICKING the privacy and security option,scroll down the page to bottom.there is a data download option>in that sub category there will be a request download option.click that request download option.

5.after request download,you redirect to next page.there is email option that for your data will send and there is a format to send the data,after finishing all click next.

6.after clicking next,your redirect to next page there will they ask your Instagram password.after enter your password,click request download.

7.after put your password,the data will be send to your email by which format you chose to send the data.the data will receive you with in 48 hours.
