How to fix it seems that another app is blocking access to Google play

Trick to fix the problem>>
Tricks 1 =
Step 1:
Fist go to settings of your android mobile.
Step 2:
Go to apps >then select the Google Play Store app.
Step 3:
After entering the Google Play Store app,you can see your right hand upper side the three buttons,click that.after clicking that it Will ask uninstall updates>click that uninstall updates.
SECOND TRICK=
STEP 1:
Go to apps>then on your right hand side there will be three dot buttons click thatthat>setting options or these settings option is give seperately in your apps.
Step 2.
After entering into the setting option of apps>under the advance category>there will be special access,click that>after clicking that ,there will be a option like DRAW OVER OTHER APPS option.
But in some mobile these option will be in apps management>draw over other app>click that option.
Step 3:
After entering the draw over other apps option you will be see many apps has allowed the option on>you want to turn off this option for all apps.
After off the option,then try to download the app or do payments it will works, because because another apps draw over the any app it may be afftect Google playstore from downloadi g or do a payment in play store.
Conclusion:
